How does multi-client management work?

Each client runs in its own isolated sub-account under your account hierarchy, with separate data, configurations, carrier accounts, and billing rules. Tenant isolation is enforced by row-level security in the database, not application-layer filtering. Your team switches between clients without signing out, runs batch operations across them, and reads the whole portfolio together.

How do I onboard a new client?

Create the client as a sub-account under your account hierarchy and walk through guided onboarding. From there, set the client-specific details: rate cards, carrier accounts, integrations, and billing rules. Clients can bring their own carrier accounts and negotiated rates, or ship on yours.

Can I set different rate cards per client?

Yes. Each client can have its own set of rate cards with custom margin rules and markup percentages. You can also schedule rate changes to take effect on specific dates, such as contract renewals or GRI adjustments.

How does cross-client analytics work?

Portfolio-level dashboards aggregate volume, spend, carrier performance, and delivery metrics across all clients. You can filter by client, carrier, or time period to compare performance and identify opportunities to negotiate better rates or improve service.

Can I set contracts and SLAs per client?

Yes. Customer contracts hold client-specific pricing, terms, and SLAs, and the platform tracks SLA performance with breach alerts. Each client also gets a customer portal with its own login, scoped to its sub-account, where it can see its own orders, shipments, and tracking without going through your team.
