  • Enterprise Plan: For large enterprises requiring additional support, implementation and custom solutions. It includes all the features of the Pro Plan plus dedicated account management, and custom integrations.

Both plans come with a free 30-day trial, so you can access all the features and see how they fit into your business.

Our pricing is flexible, made to grow with your business. It's based on the number of shipments, arranged in tiers to match your volume needs:

  • Pro Plan: Start with a base plan that covers up to 5,000 shipments per month. For growing businesses looking to get started.
  • Enterprise Plan: For high-volume needs, this plan starts with a higher base plan.
  • Overages: If you exceed your plan's shipment limit, we charge an overage fee per additional shipment or transaction. You only pay for what you use.

  • Standard Setup:There are no setup fees for our standard plans using our pre-built integrations.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Additional fees may apply for integrations through our strategic partners, including potential upfront and transaction-based charges.
  • Implementation Services: Depending on your needs, implementation fees may apply. These will be outlined during your onboarding process.
  • Overage Fees: We have tier-based pricing based on the number of shipments processed through our system. If your usage exceeds your plan's allowance, overage fees will apply. These are calculated based on the extra shipments or transactions and are clearly outlined in our pricing structure.
  • Enterprise Solutions: For custom enterprise solutions, pricing is tailored to your specific requirements.

Yes, we offer these options:

  • Free 30-Day Trial: Access the full capabilities of our Pro and Enterprise plans with a free 30-day trial.
  • Partner-sponsored Plan: Through our strategic partnerships, we may offer a partner pricing plan and/or promotion. These plans allow you to get started with our platform. The features may be limited compared to our Pro and Enterprise plans, and may have enhanced connectivity the partner's system. Yes. You can switch between plans at any time. Prorated charges will apply, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Yes, we offer a discount for customers who choose an annual subscription plan.
  • Bulk Licenses: No, we do not offer discounts based on the number of accounts. Our pricing is tiered based on volume for a single account, which can support multiple users.

Billing plans:

  • Monthly Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of your billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions benefit from a discount and are billed upfront for the entire year.

Yes, we offer pricing tailored to the needs of enterprises and high-volume accounts. Our Enterprise plan is designed for businesses that exceed 75,000 shipments per month or have an annual parcel spend exceeding $10 million.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on your subscription plan:

  • Monthly Plan: You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Plan: If you're on an annual plan and choose to cancel, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months of your subscription. For example, if you cancel after nine months, you'll receive a refund for the three unused months. Please note that there may be a minimum term requirement before refund eligibility applies.
